A proud product of Wesley Girls High School, Akua Boadiwaa Boateng, Esq. earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), graduating with Second Class Upper Division honours. Following her passion for law and social justice, she pursued an LLB at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Law School and a Qualifying Professional Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law.
Akua brings to her legal practice a strong entrepreneurial background and a solid understanding of business operations, which underpin her growing expertise in Business Law. She provides advisory support on business formation, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and contractual arrangements, with a focus on helping clients navigate the intersection between law and enterprise. Her exposure to diverse business environments has equipped her with practical insight into the legal challenges faced by entrepreneurs and corporate entities alike.
