Alhassan Abdul Wahid

Senior Associate

Alhassan Abdul Wahid, Esq holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and an LLB, both from the University of Ghana. He also holds a Qualifying Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law and also took a short course in leadership at Crown Agents, London, UK.

He is a member of the Ghana Bar and is currently pursuing his LLM at the University of Ghana.

He has extensive experience in Dispute Resolution, Corporate law, Property, Immigration, Energy and Natural Resource and Extractives. His recent work includes a review of commercial agreements in compliance with Ghanaian Laws, advice on immigration, conduct of extensive due diligence on behalf of clients and successful recovery of debts for both local and multinational clients. He has also been part of the team to provide major advice on critical offshore Oil blocks at Cape Three Points, Ghana.

Wahid is a solution-driven lawyer and thrives in teamwork. Reflecting the values of the firm, he is very meticulous and demonstrates initiative in providing practical solutions for a variety of clients.
