Oxford Osei Bonsu Esq is a Ghanaian lawyer with extensive experience in law, project management, policy reform, and business development. His work bridges legal practice and national development, integrating governance, entrepreneurship, and investment frameworks across public and private sectors.
At Blagogee, Blacksword and Co., he contributes to the firm’s strategic positioning in emerging fields such as innovation law, public policy, trade facilitation, and sustainable finance. He provides advisory services on corporate governance, project structuring, and regulatory compliance, supporting clients in achieving both commercial efficiency and developmental impact.
Oxford previously served as the Component Coordinator of the Ghana Jobs and Skills Apprenticeship Project (GJS-AP), implemented under the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) and financed by the World Bank. He is also a Promoter and Board Director of Tropicana Plantation Limited, an agro-industrial venture developing a 20,000-acre oil-palm estate and processing facility in the Ashanti Region.
Beyond institutional leadership, Oxford is a public law advocate and television analyst, known for his contribution to national discussions on governance, constitutional law, family and social justice.
Oxford has previously worked as Director of Projects at the Ghana National Service Scheme, where he led national programmes on youth entrepreneurship, skills training, and agribusiness. He also served as a Consultant for the USAID Mastercard Project and PROJECT & CAPITAL Ltd, contributing to large-scale investment structuring, project finance, and business development initiatives.
He holds an LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Qualifying Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, and both an MBA and MPhil from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He earned his first degree in Education from the University of Education, Winneba, and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
