Kwadwo Ofori-Atta Esq has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Management with Computing from Regent University College of Science and Technology. He also has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing from Accra Technical University.
Kwadwo obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Qualifying Professional Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law. He is currently pursuing an LLM in International Criminal Law and Justice at GIMPA to advance his expertise in International and Transnational legal practice.
Kwadwo brings to his legal practice a unique blend of business acumen and practical courtroom experience. Prior to being called to the Bar, Kwadwo served as a Business Development Manager at Ryzen Pharma Limited and as a Senior Marketing Executive at Unicom Chemist Limited, where he honed his skills in negotiation, corporate strategy, and client relations.
Kwadwo has considerable experience within the judicial system, having worked as a Deputy Registrar at the Ada District Court and currently serving at the Adentan Circuit Court with the Judicial Service of Ghana. His exposure to court procedures and administration has deepened his understanding of litigation and the justice delivery process.
Kwadwo’s professional expertise spans Corporate and Commercial Law, Contract Drafting, Litigation Support, Regulatory Compliance, and International Criminal Law. He provides legal assistance to businesses and individuals on matters relating to commercial transactions, company formation, and contract negotiation. His prior experience in business development and marketing enables him to offer practical, commercially driven legal solutions that balance compliance with strategic growth. With his firsthand knowledge of court processes through his work with the Judicial Service of Ghana, Kwadwo also supports litigation and dispute resolution with precision and procedural insight, ensuring efficient case management and client satisfaction.
