Edinam Kojo Asamoah Esq. is a partner at our firm. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) (Second Class Upper Division) in Philosophy and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana. He also holds an LLB (Second Class Upper Division) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Qualifying Professional Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law.
Additionally, Edinam has a Diploma in Financial Management from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) UK. Edinam has rich experience in Education management and has occupied the position of School Business Manager in his previous employment at an educational institution in Accra.
Edinam’s legal expertise spans Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law, Immovable Property Law, Conveyancing and Drafting, Due Diligence, and Debt Recovery. He has handled diverse transactions involving property sales, leases, and title verification for both individual and corporate clients, ensuring, amongst others, security of ownership. His experience also extends to the preparation and review of commercial contracts, tenancy agreements, and other legal instruments, supported by thorough due diligence in business and property acquisitions. In criminal law, Edinam has assisted clients at all stages of proceedings, upholding principles of fairness, due process, and justice. He has further represented institutional and private clients in debt recovery matters, combining negotiation skills with strategic litigation to achieve favourable outcomes.
