Louis Yiadom Boakye Esq is the Second partner at our firm. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Ghana. He has a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) Degree and a Master of Arts (MA) from the University of Cape Coast. He also holds a PGCPA and LLB (First Class Honours) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He is a Member of the Ghana Bar.

Louis has also participated in short courses at the State University of New York (SUNY) Albany and Lock Sabha, India. He is the recipient of several academic and professional awards, including Best LLB Student, GIMPA and Best in Civil Procedure, Best in Law Practice Management and Legal Accountancy at the Professional Law level on his Call to the Bar.

He has over a decade of working experience in Parliamentary Public Finance and Public Accounts oversight. He has, through these engagements, obtained considerable knowledge in financial oversight over government agencies and institutions.

He is an ardent practitioner of corporate and commercial law, taxation, insurance, banking, finance and criminal law.

He is also an expert in legislation and parliamentary oversight.
